When you contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or our booking form, we may collect: your name, contact details, travel dates and routes, hotel or pickup information, and the passport or ID details required to purchase official train tickets in your name. We only collect what is necessary to arrange your tickets and transfers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to: purchase and confirm train tickets on your behalf, arrange and coordinate transfers, communicate booking confirmations and updates, and respond to your questions. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Sharing of Information
We share the minimum information necessary with rail ticket issuers and transfer drivers strictly to fulfil your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain booking-related information only for as long as needed to complete your trip and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
